En el m\u00f3n actual, abordar la sostenibilitat de la vida \u00e9s crucial per garantir el benestar de les generacions presents i futures. Perqu\u00e8 aquesta tasca no tan sols sigui eficient sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 justa, cal aplicar una perspectiva de g\u00e8nere interseccional. A m\u00e9s, aplicar el g\u00e8nere com a metodologia transversal implica garantir la just\u00edcia en tots els processos transformadors, en els seus resultats i, per tant, en el seu impacte. Repensar la sostenibilitat sota aquest espectre cr\u00edtic ens pot oferir noves idees i possibles solucions per abordar la situaci\u00f3 actual a les nostres ciutats.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segons les Nacions Unides, les dones representen el 43\u00a0% de la for\u00e7a laboral agr\u00edcola dels pa\u00efsos en vies de desenvolupament. Malgrat la seva important contribuci\u00f3, tenen menys acc\u00e9s a la terra, als beneficis i als b\u00e9ns agr\u00edcoles que els homes. Quan les subvencions de sostenibilitat consideren les perspectives de g\u00e8nere, poden abordar aquestes disparitats proporcionant a les dones agricultores els recursos que necessiten per millorar la productivitat i la sostenibilitat. Analitzar\u00e0s i avaluar\u00e0s cr\u00edticament aquesta situaci\u00f3 o pr\u00e0ctica despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver revisat els recursos que trobar\u00e0s als enlla\u00e7os de m\u00e9s avall. Aquests materials et permetran con\u00e8ixer els conceptes necessaris per assolir els objectius establerts. Impliquen una introducci\u00f3 conceptual a les formes en qu\u00e8 es produeix i difon el coneixement sense prestar atenci\u00f3 a les difer\u00e8ncies de g\u00e8nere, edat, ra\u00e7a u classe i a la difer\u00e8ncia sexual pel que fa a les relacions entre persones i entre cossos, i, doncs, acaba convertint-se en el que es podria concebre com un coneixement r\u00edgid, immaterial i impersonal. Aquestes relacions tamb\u00e9 afecten la manera com interactuem amb el nostre entorn i el medi ambient. L\u2019impacte que t\u00e9 produir i difondre coneixement en aquests termes quedar\u00e0 clar mitjan\u00e7ant l\u2019an\u00e0lisi de l\u2019anomenada neutralitat de la llei i els seus efectes en la formulaci\u00f3 de pol\u00edtiques d\u2019igualtat de g\u00e8nere tamb\u00e9 quant a la sostenibilitat i el que considerem pr\u00e0ctiques sostenibles. Tamb\u00e9 es posar\u00e0 llum a la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de qu\u00e8 s\u2019ent\u00e9n per injust\u00edcia epist\u00e8mica i la seva cara oposada, la just\u00edcia interseccional, i com es relacionen amb les q\u00fcestions ambientals. Assigneu diferents rols i responsabilitats a cada membre del grup en funci\u00f3 de la seva motivaci\u00f3 i l\u2019expertesa que pugui aportar.<\/p><p><strong>2. Fes-te una idea de com pot ser el g\u00e8nere com a metodologia<\/strong><br \/>Repassa els v\u00eddeos i els recursos en l\u2019ordre indicat per obtenir una comprensi\u00f3 inicial del tema o ampliar-lo.<\/p><p><strong>3. Comen\u00e7a amb una pluja d\u2019idees general i una enquesta de percepci\u00f3 (activitat de laboratori viu)<\/strong><br \/>Dediqueu uns quants minuts a comprendre conjuntament els principals aspectes i avantatges d\u2019aplicar el g\u00e8nere com a eina cr\u00edtica. Tingueu en compte aquestes preguntes: En quin sentit afirmar\u00edeu que el g\u00e8nere funciona com a metodologia i per quina ra\u00f3 o raons el considerar\u00edeu \u00fatil? Quins aspectes cr\u00edtics del coneixement incorporat identificar\u00edeu com a principals? Com descriur\u00edeu la l\u00f2gica bin\u00e0ria i per qu\u00e8 \u00e9s \u00e8tic i pol\u00edticament rellevant tenir-la en compte?<br \/>Elaboreu un q\u00fcestionari senzill (enquesta) per passar als companys i companyes o a altres membres de la comunitat acad\u00e8mica a fi d\u2019avaluar la seva percepci\u00f3 sobre la q\u00fcesti\u00f3 del g\u00e8nere i la seva utilitat com a eina transversal.<\/p><p><strong>4. Troba arguments i defensa la teva posici\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>Procediu a fer un debat en grup despr\u00e9s d\u2019haver definit unes quantes posicions respecte al coneixement com a hegem\u00f2nic. Defensa la posici\u00f3 que t\u2019hagi estat assignada davant de la resta del grup tenint en compte els aspectes que han sorgit en l\u2019exercici de la pluja d\u2019idees. Para esment a aquestes preguntes: En quin sentit consideraries hegem\u00f2nic el coneixement i en quins termes ho impugna el feminisme? Com compararies la igualtat formal i la igualtat efectiva? Com descriuries l\u2019acci\u00f3 positiva i com et sembla que pot ser \u00fatil per combatre la discriminaci\u00f3? Mira de presentar una situaci\u00f3 concreta per explicitar aquesta q\u00fcesti\u00f3.<\/p><p><strong>5. Sintetitza i processa<\/strong><br \/>Quines consideres que s\u00f3n les estrat\u00e8gies principals per evitar la discriminaci\u00f3? Segons la teva opini\u00f3, quines s\u00f3n les principals implicacions te\u00f2riques i pr\u00e0ctiques de la cr\u00edtica feminista sobre la concepci\u00f3 de la just\u00edcia des d\u2019una perspectiva interseccional de g\u00e8nere?<\/p><p><strong>6. Explora escenaris i aplicacions<\/strong><br \/>Mira el v\u00eddeo sobre la igualtat de g\u00e8nere sostenible a la pr\u00e0ctica (l\u2019\u00faltim de la llista recursos), que resumeix molts dels conceptes i reflexions anteriors. A continuaci\u00f3, identifica un seguit de temes similars que podries explorar al teu barri\/ciutat\/regi\u00f3 o fins i tot al campus universitari i comparteix-los amb la resta del grup. Presenteu i discutiu les propostes entre els grups i oferiu un espai per al debat i l\u2019aprenentatge.<\/p><p><strong>7. Posa la teoria en pr\u00e0ctica<\/strong><br \/>Tria una de les situacions reals compartides o inventa\u2019n una col\u00b7lectivament i elabora una reflexi\u00f3 situada en forma de presentaci\u00f3 davant d\u2019un grup imaginari format per diverses parts interessades (ciutadans, representants del govern local, cient\u00edfics i empresaris) que vulguin fomentar canvis per construir uns espais p\u00fablics m\u00e9s justos i inclusius a la seva ciutat. La desigualtat s\u2019ha fet m\u00e9s evident en \u00e0mbits com ara la salut, ja que les dones han estat m\u00e9s exposades a la infecci\u00f3; en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la feina no remunerada i les cures, en qu\u00e8 les dones han patit una clara sobrec\u00e0rrega de tasques, i en l\u2019\u00e0mbit de la feina remunerada, en qu\u00e8 s\u2019ha produ\u00eft un augment de l\u2019atur femen\u00ed, entre d\u2019altres.
