La moda no es tracta nom\u00e9s de la roba que portem; \u00e9s una for\u00e7a poderosa que influeix en el nostre medi ambient, l\u2019economia i la societat. Moltes persones gaudeixen comprant roba i volen estar sempre en l\u00ednia amb les \u00faltimes tend\u00e8ncies de moda, mentre que d\u2019altres compren roba nom\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 han de fer-ho... Al cap i a la fi, \u00e9s una cosa que tots necessitem en el nostre dia a dia i sovint mirem de trobar-la al preu m\u00e9s assequible possible... Ara b\u00e9, quan compres roba, t\u2019has plantejat mai el cam\u00ed que ha recorregut cada article per arribar a la botiga corresponent? Has pensat en els recursos que s\u2019han consumit per fer la roba que portes? Ets conscient que, a m\u00e9s del preu que pagues, hi ha altres costos no financers amagats en la fabricaci\u00f3 de la roba, com ara els ambientals?<\/p><p>Sabies que la producci\u00f3 d\u2019una camisa de cot\u00f3 (potser exactament la que portes ara mateix) requereix uns 2.700 litres d\u2019aigua, cosa que representa la quantitat d\u2019aigua que pot beure una persona en dos anys i mig? \u00c9s molt, nom\u00e9s per una samarreta... La ind\u00fastria t\u00e8xtil tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s responsable d\u2019aproximadament el 10% de les emissions globals de gasos d\u2019efecte hivernacle (GEH).<\/p><p>El t\u00e8xtil tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s un dels residus que m\u00e9s creixen. Cada any es llencen m\u00e9s de 5,8 milions de tones de roba a la UE, prop d\u201911,3 kg per persona, i nom\u00e9s l\u20191% d\u2019aquest material es recicla per fer roba nova; la resta es queda als abocadors d\u2019Europa.<\/p><p>El fenomen que contribueix a tot aix\u00f2 s\u2019anomena fast fashion o moda r\u00e0pida. La moda r\u00e0pida es caracteritza per la r\u00e0pida aparici\u00f3 de nous models a preus assequibles. Les grans marques produeixen col\u00b7leccions que reflecteixen les \u00faltimes tend\u00e8ncies, i animen els consumidors a comprar m\u00e9s sovint i a renovar regularment l\u2019armari. Tot i que la roba de moda r\u00e0pida s\u2019ofereix a molts bons preus, el preu mediambiental que paguem \u00e9s abismal... Algunes de les marques m\u00e9s famoses que entren en aquesta categoria s\u00f3n H&amp;M, Zara, Shein, Forever21, Primark, etc. Podeu triar una d\u2019aquestes o investigar m\u00e9s i identificar-ne una altra.<\/p><p><strong>3. Feu recerca!<\/strong><\/p><p>En aquest punt cadascun dels equips constitu\u00efts ha de fer \u00fas dels recursos en l\u00ednia i dels recursos addicionals, si cal, a fi de comprendre la terminologia principal que es tracta a la webquesta, \u00e9s a dir, b\u00e0sicament moda lenta i moda r\u00e0pida i les caracter\u00edstiques dels dos models de negoci. Cada equip ha d\u2019investigar i tenir debats interns a fi d\u2019establir i construir conjuntament el significat d\u2019aquests termes. A partir de la vostra investigaci\u00f3, anoteu les caracter\u00edstiques principals dels models de negoci de moda r\u00e0pida i lenta; aquest hauria de ser el punt de partida.<\/p><p><strong>4. Analitzeu el model de negoci del client!<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.1. Definiu:<\/p><ol><li>Els socis clau;<\/li><li>Les activitats clau;<\/li><li>Els recursos clau;<\/li><li>Les propostes clau;<\/li><li>Les relacions amb els clients;<\/li><li>Els canals;<\/li><li>Els segments de clients;<\/li><li>L\u2019estructura de costos;<\/li><li>Els fluxos d\u2019ingressos.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>4.2. Recolliu els comentaris dels clients! \u2013 Activitat de laboratori viu<\/strong><\/p><p>Per alimentar el vostre model de negoci Canvas amb informaci\u00f3 real, feu entrevistes estructurades amb clients de l\u2019empresa de moda corresponent. Fer una entrevista estructurada vol dir fer preguntes predefinides a tots els entrevistats per garantir la comparabilitat. Quan dissenyeu el q\u00fcestionari, assegureu-vos de tenir:<\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li>Una pregunta de selecci\u00f3: Per exemple, compres roba a Zara\/H&amp;M, etc.? Heu d\u2019assegurar-vos que la persona a qui feu l\u2019enquesta \u00e9s client de la marca que us ha contractat.<\/li><li>Preguntes que revelen qu\u00e8 fa que la marca sigui especial per al client a fi de poder definir amb precisi\u00f3 les propostes clau de la marca i si hi ha caracter\u00edstiques de la moda r\u00e0pida que siguin importants per als clients.
